How activity credits work
Credits are a simple monthly allowance shared across your workspace. They keep Free generous while ensuring reliability at scale.

- Schedule/Event: Bookings and registrations use credits
Credit weights may be adjusted over time to keep the experience fair and sustainable.

- Do team members need to pay?
- No. One workspace subscription covers everyone. The owner pays, and all team members get access at no extra cost.
- Can I delegate billing without sharing content access?
- Yes. The Billing Admin role lets someone manage payments and invoices without seeing your forms, responses, or other content.
- What happens if I downgrade from Team to Pro?
- You'll need to remove additional members first (Pro is single-user). Your content and data remain intact.
- Do I need separate subscriptions for each product?
